The value of your certification

More than a certificate — a lifelong investment

RYT-200 is the entry point for yoga teaching at all levels. A certification that transforms both your practice and your perspective — personally and professionally.

What you'll learn

  • Teach the world's most popular and foundational yoga styles — Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Hot Yoga & Meditation
  • Human anatomy and physiology — understand movement, muscles, and skeletal structure
  • Yoga philosophy and meditation techniques — from classical texts to modern application
  • Improve your own practice, avoid injuries, and learn to heal existing imbalances
  • Personal transformation and professional development — an investment in something meaningful

Grow beyond 200 hours

Your RYT-200 is the foundation. From there, you can expand with targeted courses (Inversions, Splits, Backbends) or take the full leap with our 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training towards RYT-500.

Exam & graduation

You'll demonstrate your skills by teaching up to 20-minute sequences in each style to your group. You'll also pass tests and quizzes on anatomy and yoga philosophy. No surprises — we prepare you thoroughly.
