Front splits and middle splits. Flexibility, strength and control. Hot and non-heated sessions.
Cobra, Camel, Wheel and advanced variations. Safe progression with a focus on strength.
WHY BUNDLES WORK
When you combine courses, you train the same bottlenecks from multiple angles. This reduces compensation (lower back, neck, hamstrings) — and makes your progress faster and safer.

The key to bundling
Shoulders + spine + hips are the three major "bottlenecks". When you train them across courses, the body becomes more symmetrically strong — and you can develop without compensating with lower back, neck or hamstrings.

Each course is 4 weeks with 8 × 90-minute workshops. You get two workshops per week with a focus on technique, progression and safety. The format is a mix of hot and non-heated sessions.
Yes! You can absolutely choose one course and focus sharply. The bundle discount only applies with 2 or 3 courses — but a single course still gives you full access to all 8 workshops.
Cancel at least 2 hours before the class start to avoid losing your spot or being charged. You can easily cancel via the app or website.
Bring comfortable workout clothes, a towel and a water bottle. We have mats, towels and equipment for rent if you need it. Tip: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class so we can show you around.
Your access is activated immediately after payment. You have access to all workshops throughout your course period.
The pass gives you unlimited access to all classes at Hot Yoga Copenhagen and Vibro Yoga — Vinyasa (Flow), Bikram Yoga Variation, Yin Yoga, Gentle Hot Yoga and more. It can start anytime and counts from your first booking and one month forward.
