Internationally recognized

Yoga Alliance RYT-200 Certification

A globally recognized certification that opens doors — whether you want to teach in Copenhagen, in Bali or online from your living room.

Yoga styles you will master

🧘

Hatha Yoga

The classical form — both static and dynamic. Builds balance, focus, flexibility and concentration. The foundation for all yoga teaching.

🌊

Vinyasa Flow

Dynamic, creative and physically challenging. The world's most popular yoga style — and the most in-demand at studios and fitness centers.

🌙

Yin Yoga

Long holds, deep restoration and flexibility. Ideal for complementing dynamic styles and guiding students in stillness and patience.

🔥

Hot Yoga

Teach in a heated environment. You learn the difference between heated and non-heated teaching — and can certify in both.

🧠

Meditation & Mindfulness

Guide your students safely through meditation and breathing exercises — an essential part of professional yoga teaching.

It opens doors

  • Teach worldwide — the certification is internationally recognized, so you can teach while traveling or if you move to another country.
  • Start your own studio — with RYT-200 you can create your own classes, workshops and courses with credibility and a quality seal behind you.
  • Certify others in the future — with experience you can establish your own school through Yoga Alliance USA and train future yoga teachers.
  • Further education — continue to the 300-hour advanced program and become RYT-500 certified for even more opportunities.
  • Broad career access — from yoga studios and fitness centers to corporate wellness, retreats and online teaching. This certification covers it all.

The certification is broad yet deeply professional — it gives you a solid foundation to teach any yoga style and opens career opportunities you may not have imagined.

The value of your certification

More than a certificate — a lifelong investment

RYT-200 is the entry point for yoga teaching at all levels. A certification that transforms both your practice and your perspective — personally and professionally.

What you'll learn

What you'll learn
  • Teach the world's most popular and foundational yoga styles — Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Hot Yoga & Meditation
  • Human anatomy and physiology — understand movement, muscles, and skeletal structure
  • Yoga philosophy and meditation techniques — from classical texts to modern application
  • Improve your own practice, avoid injuries, and learn to heal existing imbalances
  • Personal transformation and professional development — an investment in something meaningful

Grow beyond 200 hours

Your RYT-200 is the foundation. From there, you can expand with targeted courses (Inversions, Splits, Backbends) or take the full leap with our 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training towards RYT-500.

Exam & graduation

You'll demonstrate your skills by teaching up to 20-minute sequences in each style to your group. You'll also pass tests and quizzes on anatomy and yoga philosophy. No surprises — we prepare you thoroughly.

Maximum Flexibility

Two formats. One education.

We are probably the only school in the world that runs the training in two formats simultaneously — weekday and weekend. This gives you maximum flexibility, and you can freely switch between dates.

Switch freely between dates

Cannot make a weekday? Take a weekend day instead. You are not locked into one track.

Same content, your pace

Both formats cover exactly the same curriculum and provide the same Yoga Alliance certification.

Max 24 participants

Small groups (approx. 12 per course) mean personal attention, close community and 90%+ completion rate.

Flexible program

Weekday or weekend program

Switch between tracks when you need to

Each workshop runs twice: once on selected weekdays and once on selected weekends. Choose your default track — switch freely when it suits you better.

☀️

Weekday track

Typically 10:00–15:00

Runs on selected weekdays. Perfect if you have flexible working hours or the ability to take time off.

🌙

Weekend track

Typically afternoon / early evening

Runs on selected weekends. Ideal if you work full time on weekdays.

↔️

Flexible switching

Same content in both tracks

Cannot make it? Join the mirror workshop in the other track — same topic, same instructor.

What is the difference between weekday and weekend tracks?

The content and certification are identical. The weekday track runs 1-3 days per week from 10-15, while the weekend track is primarily selected weekends from 13-18. You can freely switch between dates.

Can I work or study at the same time?

Yes, the training is designed for that. Many of our students work full time or study. Expect 15-20 hours per week including classes, homework and personal practice.
