Real students, real experiences — straight from our studio in Christianshavn.
An internationally recognized certification that opens doors — whether you want to teach in Copenhagen, Bali, or online from your living room.
The classical form — the foundation of all yoga teaching. Builds balance, focus, and concentration.
The world's most popular style — dynamic, creative, and the most in-demand at studios and fitness centres everywhere.
Long holds and deep restoration. Ideal for guiding students in stillness, patience, and inner balance.
Teach in a heated environment. You'll learn the difference between heated and non-heated instruction.
Guide your students safely through meditation and breathwork — essential for professional teaching.
A solid foundation for teaching any yoga style — and a door to career opportunities you might not have imagined.
RYT-200 is the entry point for yoga teaching at all levels. A certification that transforms both your practice and your perspective — personally and professionally.
Your RYT-200 is the foundation. From there, you can expand with targeted courses (Inversions, Splits, Backbends) or take the full leap with our 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training towards RYT-500.
You'll demonstrate your skills by teaching up to 20-minute sequences in each style to your group. You'll also pass tests and quizzes on anatomy and yoga philosophy. No surprises — we prepare you thoroughly.
You can do your yoga teacher training in many places around the world. Here's what makes Copenhagen a strong choice — whether you already live here or are traveling in.
An intimate group where everyone knows each other. Individual feedback and personal attention from day one.
Experienced teachers with global backgrounds — professional, approachable, and dedicated to your growth.
Two studio environments: heated and non-heated rooms with showers, changing rooms, and all equipment included.
You'll learn Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Hot Yoga, and Meditation — teach all styles with the same certification.
Not just yoga — you'll learn class management, cueing, business basics, and how to actually start as an instructor.
8 weeks gives you time to absorb the material, practice between sessions, and still have room for everyday life.
Free access to all classes at the studio throughout the entire training — practice on your own between workshops.
Join 500+ graduates worldwide. Lifelong support, community events, and opportunities for continued collaboration.
Whether you live in Copenhagen or travel here for the training — you'll study in one of the world's most inspiring cities. Professional studio, fantastic infrastructure, and a lifestyle that enriches your practice.
The city is built for bikes — dedicated lanes, cycling traffic lights, and more freedom than a car could ever give.
World-class coffee bars on every corner — perfect for studying anatomy, journaling, or simply enjoying a break.
Nordic sauna rituals with aufguss masters — heat, breath, and community. The perfect complement to your practice.
Harbour baths and outdoor swimming year-round. Many yogis integrate cold exposure into their daily routine.
Home of the New Nordic cuisine. Street food, Torvehallerne, Michelin restaurants — fresh, seasonal, and plant-forward.
From furniture to architecture — beauty in every detail of everyday life. UNESCO's World Capital of Architecture.
Our studio is located in one of Christianshavn's oldest buildings — over 400 years old. Centrally located with metro, restaurants, and green spaces within walking distance.

8 weeks with 3–4 training days per week. More immersive than our 18-week format, but with breathing room for everyday life — not the daily pace of a 4-week intensive.
Weekdays typically 10:00–17:00, selected weekends 09:00–17:00. On average 15–18 hours/week incl. self-practice and homework.
An intimate group where you're seen and heard. Individual feedback, personal guidance, and a community that supports you.
You can work part-time alongside. The pace gives you time to integrate and practice what you learn between sessions.
