What Is Hot Yoga?

Hot yoga is yoga practiced in a heated room, typically between 30-38°C (86-100°F). The heat increases blood circulation, loosens muscles and joints, and provides a deeper stretching and strengthening experience. At Hot Yoga Copenhagen, we use infrared technology that heats the body directly instead of the air — resulting in cleaner air, deeper heat penetration, and a more comfortable experience.

Hot yoga is for everyone — regardless of age, shape, or experience level. We offer classes ranging from gentle Yin sessions to intensive Vinyasa flows and everything in between.

Vinyasa + Yin

Dynamic flow followed by deep stretches. Our most popular class.

Classical yoga with holds and alignment, finished with Yin.

Triangle Method

Our signature method — 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises.

Bikram

The original hot yoga series. 90 minutes, 26 postures.

Yin Yoga

Deep, passive stretches held for 3-5 minutes. Focus on connective tissue.

Frozen Towel Shavasana

An ice-cold towel placed over forehead and eyes during Shavasana — instantly cools the central nervous system after an intense class. 7-10 minutes of complete relaxation.

Sonic Shavasana

Low-frequency sound waves at 20-23 Hz stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. The body reaches deep relaxation significantly faster.

Ginger Shots & Recovery

Freshly pressed ginger shots with lemon and apple juice after every class. Boosts the immune system and restores blood sugar levels.
