Our Teaching Methods
We offer two education methods — both lead to a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certification. Choose the one that best fits your goals and career vision.
Hatha · Vinyasa · Yin
Our original and most comprehensive teaching method. You master three of the world's most popular yoga styles — giving you the broadest possible foundation as a yoga teacher.
The classical foundation of yoga. Builds flexibility, balance, focus and concentration. The foundation for all other styles — and the gateway to meditation and breathwork.
Dynamic, creative and strengthening. The world's most in-demand style at studios and fitness centers. Works with breath, movement and flow — and is excellent for detox, cardio and strength.
Recovery, connective tissue and deep flexibility. Therapeutic and calming. The perfect counterbalance to dynamic styles — and a powerful tool for teaching your students to let go and find stillness.
By certifying in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin, you open doors to any type of yoga class. You can sub for colleagues regardless of style, apply for positions across studios and fitness centers — and create your own classes with a unique, versatile approach.
Vinyasa · Yin
A specialized method with a primary focus on Vinyasa — the world's most popular yoga style — complemented by Yin Yoga for depth and versatility.
Vinyasa is the most in-demand yoga style globally — and by adding Yin you gain a unique dual profile. You can teach pure Vinyasa classes, pure Yin classes, or the increasingly popular Vinyasa + Yin combo format that studios are demanding more and more.
Your Teaching Team
Our teaching team covers every aspect of your training – from Vinyasa and Hot Yoga to anatomy, philosophy and Yin. They are not just certified – they are active teachers who step on the mat every day.

About us
The training is Yoga Alliance certified and taught by experienced teachers with many years of experience in teaching, anatomy, philosophy and yoga practice.
We have more than 10 years of experience training yoga teachers and over 500 students have already completed our programs since 2014 – previously known as Triangle Yoga Academy.
It is more than an education – it is a journey toward insight, deep understanding and professional development.
60 Hours · Flexible Practice
A unique part of your training: you complete 60 yoga classes as part of the curriculum. This is where theory becomes body and experience – and you decide where and when.
You can practice at our studio in Christianshavn or at your own favorite studio. If you live outside Copenhagen, you can take up to 30 hours in your home city – the rest you take with us.
As soon as you start the Preparation Phase, you get full access to all classes – you can start practicing your 60 hours before the course even begins.
Recommended · First Step
Most students start here — and we recommend it. The Preparation Phase is your first step into the program and gives you a clear advantage when training begins.
When you start the Preparation Phase, you secure your spot and get immediate access to all classes at the studio. From day one, you can begin building your practice, meet the community and find your rhythm.
Classes count toward your 60 practice hours, giving you a stronger foundation and more headroom when the intensive part begins. You also save on a separate membership, as class access is included.

Can't attend in person? You can participate online for selected workshops or watch the recording afterwards.
YOU WILL LEARN
During the training you participate in 60 yoga classes at our studio in Christianshavn. You can freely choose between Hot Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Bikram Variation plus themed workshops.
Unique flexibility: As soon as you've started the Preparation Phase, you can start practicing these hours – even before the course starts.
You observe teaching at other studios and analyze selected online classes. This provides insight into how different teachers structure classes and create atmosphere.
You learn Vinyasa philosophy, history, technique, sequencing, alignment and cueing. The focus is logic, safety and flow – so you can lead mixed levels with confidence.
Deep dive into Yin: poses, duration, support, connective tissue and the nervous system. You learn to teach Yin safely and with presence.
Classical Hatha principles, correct technique and breathwork. You build strength, focus and balance.
Become a clear, professional and inspiring teacher. Class psychology, voice training, presence and guidance.
Muscles, joints and skeleton, plus respiratory, nervous, circulatory and digestive systems. You learn how yoga affects the body and how injuries are prevented.
What is yoga beyond the physical? History, traditions and philosophical foundations.
Ongoing assignments from the teachers help you reflect on and apply the material. You practice teaching with real students.
Primarily in-person · strong online backup
We make sure you can keep up – even when life happens.
We believe a serious yoga teacher training happens in person: real practice, observation, participation in open classes, different teachers – and workshops with questions and direct feedback.
Life happens: illness and appointments shouldn't mean you miss a topic or fall behind.
We have installed a professional audio and video setup in the yoga hall. With a few clicks you get a high-quality live link with low latency – viewed from above with an overview of the teacher and the entire room.
Can't join live? All sessions are live recorded – you receive the recording in your member area afterwards. Not pre-recorded – the real workshop.
Is a 5-hour workshop too long to rewatch? You get a short summary of key points and exercises.
All students get access to a personal member area with live sessions, live-recorded workshops and resource library – access is kept even after the training ends.
Result: You never fall behind – and your library stays accessible forever.
